Hembeck Federn was established in 1895 by Emil Hembeck. What started out as a blacksmith’s shop developed soon into a company with industrial production and has ever been family-owned since then. Today, we are specialists in the production of flat springs for our customers throughout the world.

The customer-specific parts are stamped or stamped and bended out of strip material. The stamping process is followed by hardening, thus giving the springs their exactly defined elasticity characteristics. Many of the springs produced by Hembeck Federn – both in small and big series – are small, very light parts that meet the highest demands in precision. The fields of application range from simple to highly complex geometries.
